10 Meter Air Pistol League

The Arvada Rifle and Pistol Club will offer a 10 meter Air Pistol League to members and non-members.

Details: Start Date: January 30, 2023 and runs for 15 weeks. 10 best score for each shooter will be used for ranking and classification. In general, we will shoot on the same nights as the Air Pistol Silhouette League, with the exception: Silhouette league does not shoot on the third Monday of the month. 10 Meter will shoot every Monday.

Rules: NRA 10M Air Pistol rules will be used (mostly). This will NOT be a sanctioned league at this time. Open sights only fired off hand, with one hand. (Like NRA Precision Pistol). In an effort to generate more interest, shooters may use any sight and will be allowed to shoot with two hands. Those shooters who chose to shoot with two hands and/or with other than iron sights will not compete with the conventional shooters.

Times: Start at 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Shooters have 45 minutes to shoot 60 shots, 10 shots on 6 targets for score, 15 minutes sight in period prior to scoring targets (1hour total). Shooters must finish before 5:30. Shooters can start at any time when a station is available. Shooters will need to complete an orientation course before shooting on the electronic range.

Shooters will need to register in order to update badges to gain access to the electronic range. Time and date of orientation TBD. Shooters who are new to the electronic range will need to arrange an orientation session with Chad or Jennifer Meyer cahdandfuffer@yahoo.com. You will be given a shooter number and you will be allowed access to the electronic air range.

Fees: Members $40.00, non-members $60.00.
