This is the Basic CCW for Permit class, not a shooting class. Class will cover the necessary information for concealed carry. Class is open to the public, club membership is not required. You must be at least 21 years old, and must be a Colorado resident with a valid Colorado driver’s license, non Colorado residents must contact us in advance for special consideration. No guns or ammo allowed in class! There is no shooting in this class, special requests to add a shooting qualification is available. After successfully completing this class you will receive an official certificate of training that meets Colorado Revised Statutes for your concealed carry permit. This class is available regardless of previous shooting experience, you don’t have to own a gun, previous shooting experience is recommended. Students will take a simple written test at the end of this class.  

There is a minimum of 4 students needed or the class may be rescheduled.

Only properly registered students allowed in class; family, friends, children, and guests will not be admitted to watch or attend.

You must preregister for this class in advance:

Preregister at https://citizen-1.com/contact. Registration closes 24 hours before the class. You MUST use your FULL name exactly as it appears on your driver’s license, and complete address as it appears on your driver’s license. This exact information is needed for the CCW Certificate, incorrect info will get your permit denied at the county. There may be an additional charge of $25 to reissue a corrected certificate if the original information provided was not correct.

Things you need to bring to class:

- Your current Drivers License

- Cash for class payment.

- Beverage and snack for yourself.

- your NRA membership number if you have one.
